Celebrating Unique Minds
Community Event Signup

Please bring a towel for your child as there will be the option to lie down during the sound bowl session. Art supplies will be provided.

The event will be reflective and lightly facilitated, with limited one-on-one support.  If you’re unsure whether this experience would be supportive for your child, I’d love to connect ahead of time.

About the event

This event, ideal for those ages 8 and up, is designed to take kids on a journey of self-empowerment and reflection.

Serena M. Garrets, local sound healer and artist, will join us to open up the space with some gentle sound exploration. The event will include a short, guided-visualization inviting kids to journey into their unique minds and will be followed by an opportunity to express what they noticed through creative materials. Art supplies will be provided.

This event is free, and all activities are completely optional. This gathering is about creating space for uniquely-minded kids to feel welcome and connected.

WHEN: Sunday, January 18th 2-3:30PM
