At Unique Minds Unite, students are the architects of their own learning community. Co-creation, innovation, and self-expression are at the heart of what we do, ensuring limitless potential within and beyond the classroom.
our learning community
We emphasize community, co-creation, and exploration, supported by intentional structures that help students develop self-awareness, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. This balance of guidance and agency allows students to build confidence while engaging deeply with academic learning.
how we support growth and problem-solving
We incorporate the Collaborative & Proactive Solutions (CPS) approach, developed by Dr. Ross Greene, to support students’ social, emotional, and behavioral development. Rather than relying on punishment or compliance-based discipline, CPS focuses on understanding the skills a student may be struggling with and addressing challenges through calm, collaborative problem-solving. This approach helps students build flexibility, communication, emotional regulation, and responsibility—skills that directly support academic learning and healthy community participation.

Students who leave our school will leave with confidence, knowing what they are capable of, and with strong problem-solving skills. They will be prepared for an ever-evolving world because they’ve seen their strengths in action, have learned how to build and imagine alongside others, and have experienced the importance of innovation first-hand.

Our school community is built on the values of belonging, creativity, and togetherness. These values show up in our daily life through celebrating each person’s uniqueness, encouraging self-expression, and working with one another to create a shared learning space that supports and includes everyone.
